All-Inclusive Development

For over 20 years, TSI's Development Practice has been helping our clients achieve incredible innovation by taking an “All-Inclusive” development approach.

• Design:  The first step in any development project is to identify the objective and design a solution to achieve the goal. Working side-by-side with our client's project team, TSI will help evaluate the need and create a detailed list of deliverables. Gaining a full understanding of what needs to be accomplished for each stakeholder involved allows our clients to feel comfortable with what is being developed and greatly increases the success of the project.
• Develop:  Once all deliverables have been established and approved, TSI's Development Practice begins to develop the solution. By utilizing a Domain-Driven Design methodology, each deliverable is completed to the exact specification as agreed. During this stage, weekly status meetings are performed and an engagment manager is assigned so our clients have complete transparency and open communication throughout the development process.
• Delegate:  Upon deployment of the final solution, our clients have the option to delegate the long-term support and maintenance to the TSI team. This allows our clients to focus on other business initiatives while our team continues to keep the solution providing the intended results while also communicating where further innovation could be deployed.
