InterGlobe Technologies and Technetronic Solutions, Inc. Align to Deliver Customers a Full Spectrum of High Performance IT Services

DENVER, CO, October 28, 2008 - InterGlobe Technologies (IGT) and Technetronic Solutions, Inc. (TSI) today announced a joint marketing agreement to promote IGT's Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services and TSI's IT Strategy, Architecture and Legacy Modernization services.

IGT, a leader in delivering cost-effective IT and BPO services to corporations worldwide; and TSI, an innovator and enabler of enterprise-wide IT Strategy, Architecture and Legacy Modernization services, plan to leverage each other's complimentary capabilities to offer a complete life-cycle of services ranging from IT strategy and architecture planning through tactical execution and delivery.
